Pricing that pays for itself with your first few members

InCircle Memberships is free for up to 30 members. Paid plans are Starter at $9.99 a month (75 members), Growth at $19.99 (300), Pro at $29.99 (1,000) and Scale at $79.99 (3,000). Enterprise pricing is custom.

Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and covers up to 30 members and 5 membership plans, with member discounts, free shipping, the join widget, the memberships page, the member portal and automatic renewals. You only need a paid plan when you want more members or more features.

A member is a customer with a live membership: active or paused. Canceled and expired memberships don't count towards your limit, so you are only ever paying for members who are with you now.

No. InCircle charges a flat monthly or yearly price and no transaction fee. Your usual Shopify payment processing fees still apply to membership payments, as they do to any order.

Yearly billing costs ten months instead of twelve, so you get two months free. Growth, for example, is $199.90 a year instead of $239.88.

Yes. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial, and you can stay on the Free plan for as long as you like before you upgrade.

Your existing members keep their perks and renew as normal. The app warns you when you reach 80% of your limit. At the limit, new joins wait until you move up a plan, and shoppers see that memberships are full rather than an error. Upgrading takes a couple of clicks from inside the app.

Nothing is deleted. Your settings stay saved, and features above the new plan stop running until you upgrade again. Members you already have keep renewing at the price they joined on, even if you're over the new plan's member limit.

Every plan includes help docs, email and chat support. From Starter, you also get priority support and an onboarding call. From Growth, our team will set the app up in your theme for you on request.

Billing goes through Shopify. The charge appears on your normal Shopify invoice alongside your other apps, so there is no separate card to add and no extra account to manage. You can change or cancel your plan from the app at any time.
