This policy explains how we handle personal data on this website. InCircle Apps and InCircle Memberships are products of Fig Labs. The data controller is Voksh and Co, the registered company behind Fig Labs, established in Ireland.
What this policy covers
This policy covers this website only. How the InCircle Memberships app handles merchant and customer data inside Shopify is described in the app's own privacy policy, linked from its Shopify App Store listing.
How our apps handle store and customer data
A summary of the commitments behind our Shopify apps. Each app's own privacy policy, linked from its Shopify App Store listing, gives the full detail and applies if anything here differs.
- We never sell your data. We don't sell or rent your store's data or your customers' data, and we don't share it with advertisers or data brokers.
- Only the permissions a feature needs. Every Shopify permission the app asks for is tied to a feature you use. When a feature no longer needs one, we remove it.
- No card details or customer contact lists. Payments run through Shopify's own checkout, so card details never reach us. Customer names and email addresses are read from Shopify when needed, not kept in our database.
- Deleted when Shopify asks. When a customer asks a store to erase their data, or a store uninstalls the app, Shopify tells us and we delete what we hold.
To run the apps we use service providers that host them, deliver the emails a store chooses to send, and report errors so we can fix them. They process data only on our instructions and only to provide those services.
What we collect on this website
This website has no accounts and no advertising trackers, and it sets no cookies of its own. Like most websites, the servers that deliver these pages process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, so the page can be sent to you and the service kept secure.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us, and we use it to reply.
If you ask for early access, we use the details you send (your name, email, store and plans) only to contact you about InCircle Memberships, and we delete them if you ask us to. The form is delivered to our inbox by Formspark.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To deliver and secure the website: our legitimate interest in running it.
- To answer your enquiries: our legitimate interest in responding, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
- To follow up an early-access request: steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to host this website, to deliver early-access requests (Formspark) and to handle email. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting. Emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to keep a record of it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your personal data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. To use any of these rights, email hello@figlabs.tech. You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
